refund check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned to us in its original received condtion within fifteen days
of the customer's receipt. Customer must contact us regarding reason for return and for authorization to return. Customer will then
be given an RT number which must appear on the return label or top of box or package - otherwise unauthorized returns will not be
accepted in our Shipping and Receiving Department. When the item is received here it will immediately be replaced or handled as

Shipping and Handling
Flags & Poles Int'l ships products via UPS, FED EX,
U.S. Post Office or motor freight promptly and the
carrier is at the discretion of the Shipping Department
personnel. If next day, two day or special shipping
requests are requested added shipping charges will be
incurred by the customer.
